Local and interregional operator Polregio, Poland’s largest rail carrier, is planning to lease 200 km/h trains from Port Polska’s future rolling stock pool to run trains commercially on the Warsaw-CPK Airport-Łódź route. It signed a cooperation agreement on Monday with Port Polska, and will together plan an integrated transport system using passenger data and forecasting. The operator is also interested in leasing high-speed trains for commercial services.
