
From the delays to France’s new TGV M high-speed trains to the MI20 trainsets set for Paris, French rail giant Alstom and the state-backed rail company SNCF have been identified as the primary contributors to chronic rolling stock delivery delays in France. That’s according to the conclusions of an unusually blunt expert report commissioned by the government.
