Heavy Haul Power International GmbH has recently wrapped its Stadler EuroDual 159 455 in a new livery that includes a wink to its past. The design is a reference to the original 2000s livery, seen on the HHPI fleet from the start of its operations.
The livery was previously used on the class 59 and General Electric PH37ACai locomotives, both of which are now no longer used with the company. With the introduction of their new Stadler EuroDual fleet, a new design was created, centred around their F=ma (meaning Force = mass times acceleration) logo. Heavy Haul Power International GmbH is primarily focused on the transportation of bulk goods in Germany.
With 159 455, the classic blue and red livery has now returned to the rails, be it combined with the new EuroDual livery. This specific machine was delivered in white to the company in late 2025. Jens Kraft recently caught the locomotive in service:
