Only 37% of Europe’s rail managers using climate projections for new assets: ERA report

According to a new report from the EU Agency for Railways (ERA), more than two thirds of Europe’s rail infrastructure managers say extreme weather is already having a growing impact on their networks. However, less than 40% are using climate projections when designing new assets, and fewer than half have comprehensive adaptation plans in place.
